 Civil engineering engineer graduated from The National School of Engineers of Tunis, M. Jamel KSIBI founded at the age of 36, "Maghrébia Technologie & Travaux" (MTT). He has been its manager since. After twelve-year rich in experience as a manager, member of the steering committee or member of the direction committee then, large scale projects (in Africa and Europe), and dealing with several activities in the BPC sector, Mr. Jamel KSIBI did not cease to create a culture of projects modern management within MTT and that since its foundation. The latter is essentially based on customer satisfaction, respecting deadlines and commitments, concerning itself with the quality of its work and budget control. |

This culture blooms today with results operating with adequate development strategy to the economic situations which the sector knew, a continuous recruitment policy completion a team of highly various profile collaborators ensuring on the whole a high rate of framing, MTT's partnership network development and its network of foreign experts, the setting of an information system specifically dedicated to the sector's professionals and which is essential to a perfect management of the offers addressed to the construction sites in progress' customers, and eventually a management of a computer-assisted maintenance of a park of machines which does not cease to evolve as MTT develops. |
